Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. *SAMPLES & MINIMUM ORDERS We have a minimum order quantity for stirrers and place cards, If you require less than the that amount, you will be charged according to the minimum order amount. *DESIGN MOCK UP & PROOFING Once we have received your payment, we will begin designing a digital proof. You will generally receive an email within a few days of placing your order. Your order includes two digital proofs. The first proof will be based on the exact wording provided at order submission. You then have One additional proof. Any further edits will be invoiced at $35 per mock-up. Please note that design revisions may affect your order's delivery date. Once a design is approved, it will immediately be sent to print, and no further changes can be made. Our processing time is three business days from the date the mock-up is approved. Glamsignia will not be responsible for any errors after mock-up approval. Any changes requested after approval will result in an additional charge, at the client’s expense. *ORDERS AND SUPPLIED DETAILS Once you have submitted an order, you can not add any extra pieces to your order. *CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Since all custom orders are made to order, all orders are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or refund. *RETURNS We do not accept returns since all items are custom made to order. *DELAYED DELIVERY, LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT Glamsignia will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage in transit once the order has been sent. We always make sure that our items are packed properly. *CUSTOM ORDER PRICING -Table top signs price range is between $75-$160, depending on the design, size, and number of layers (pieces). - Non-layered backdrop sign prices start from $80. - Layered wall signs start from $120. - Welcome signs start from $90. - Place cards and smaller charms price range is between $8-$20.
